Can you sense when someone is attracted to you?

The way a person behaves around you can speak volumes about how they feel. Hence, it’s crucial to look for these signs and not fixate yourself on the thought that it’s impossible to know unless you ask them directly.

You could notice a person fidgeting around you – a possible sign of nervousness. It’s a common reaction when someone is uncomfortable or anxious. They may have an uneasy restlessness or slight anxiety in your presence. Such behavior could be a sign of discomfort or even attraction. The person we are attracted to often stirs a slight anxiety within us, causing our hearts to flutter.

In essence, humans are complex beings with emotions that they may not always verbally express. However, their actions, body language, and behaviors are like an open book if we learn to read the signs correctly. So next time you find yourself wondering about someone’s feelings towards you, remember to pay close attention to these subtle cues. They might just reveal more than words ever could. It’s all about being observant and understanding the intricate language of human behavior.

Touching is a way to connect.

In most day-to-day dialogues, the act of physical touch often accompanies our words to underscore our points and foster a sense of bond. A person might extend their hand to gently touch yours or brush against your arm. Such gestures are usually an unspoken way of seeking affirmation, as if saying “Are you grasping my point?” or expressing shared excitement with “Isn’t this remarkable?”

They subconsciously use protective gestures

So, what do protective gestures entail? It’s simple: Look out for small signals that indicate they want to keep you safe. Do they take your hand in theirs when you cross a busy street? Or, do they, perhaps, gently place their hands on your shoulders when you’re in the midst of a big crowd? Maybe they place their hand on the small of your back as you enter a room. This is their way of guiding you and making sure you stay close. It also sends a subtle message to others that you’re close and that they’ve got your back (literally).

How they look at you can speak volumes

The way someone perceives you can communicate a lot. If a person is drawn to you, their gaze will linger on you longer than it usually does on others. Therefore, if deep, affectionate looks are being exchanged between you and the person you’re interested in, it’s quite possible that there’s room for something more profound to develop, and they’re likely aware of this as well.

They smile a lot when they’re around you

This one is a little trickier to decipher because people can fake smiles, and we all smile when we’re happy and among friends, but it might be safe to say that having your crush smiley-faced around you all the time is a good indication they might be interested in you.

They are emotionally attentive

Typically, someone emotionally attentive will show empathy toward you in some way. This usually manifests as deep, meaningful conversation accompanied by equally thoughtful questions.
